Pre And Post Natal

My Pregnancy Fitness Program will help you safely maintain your fitness throughout your pregnancy. 

The program is focused on core stability and strengthening and stretching your stomach muscles. It will be carefully designed to cover each stage of your pregnancy and safely address your unique physical needs as a pre-natal mum, helping you be strong and energised.

 

Once you've had your baby, we can also work on regaining your overall core and body strength.

 

After you've given your body time to rest, and had your doctor’s 6-week check (or generally 8-12 weeks if you’ve had a c-section) to get the all-clear to do exercise, we can start with my personalised Post Natal Fitness Program, created around you, your labour and your birth type.

 

Through gentle and effective exercises, we can address any post-natal issue you may be experiencing, such as lower back pain, weak core, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunctions and stress incontinence - safely preparing your body for a higher fitness level.

 

You can take my Post Natal Fitness Program both 1-2-1 or as part of a small group.

 

As my Personal Trainer background also includes Nutrition, at each stage I will work with you to create a healthy eating plan to ensure optimum health and development for both you and your baby.
