Poor posture and repetitive movements often cause a number of health problems such as:
- Back, neck and shoulder pain
- Digestive issues
- Hip and knee injuries
- Muscle weakness and atrophy
During our 1-2-1 sessions, emphasis will be on these issues and I will tailor an exercise program aimed at restoring your full mobility and strength. I will work with you to improve your posture and corrective flexibility so that you can overcome the pain and discomfort, in addition to improving your general wellbeing and overall fitness and strength.
