I work with clients of all ages and physical abilities to improve their lifestyle and overall health and wellbeing.

My sessions are built around a huge library of exercises and use a range of innovative techniques which include HIIT, Tabata workouts, circuit training and more, to deliver effective programmes that show real, long-term results.


I can promise that you will be pushed to be your best, while also having fun!

Classes are held in a perfectly-equipped training studio in Muswell Hill, North London.
