Group Training

These are high-energy sessions with a mixture of Conditioning and Strength training, which are essential for all body shapes and ages - improving muscular tone whilst supporting the skeletal frame.


We will regularly work on alternating muscle groups, to ensure the body gets a balanced workout and proper time to recover. 

My circuit classes are open to ALL levels, for a small group of up to 10 people - where you will get a lot of my attention and guidance to drastically increase your fitness. I'll take your training to the next level by improving and challenging your speed, agility, power, pace and reaction times.


The classes incorporate groundbreaking methods, with the use of MyZone to monitor heart rate and calories burned, measuring your effort and Blaze Pods-based exercises to increase your coordination, reaction time and agility.
