Group Training

These are high-energy sessions with a mixture of Conditioning and Strength training, which are essential for all body shapes and ages - improving muscular tone whilst supporting the skeletal frame.


We will regularly work on alternating muscle groups, to ensure the body gets a balanced workout and proper time to recover. 

My circuit classes are open to ALL levels, for a small group of up to 10 people - where you will get a lot of my attention and guidance to drastically increase your fitness. I'll take your training to the next level by improving and challenging your speed, agility, power, pace and reaction times.


The classes incorporate groundbreaking methods, with the use of MyZone to monitor heart rate and calories burned, measuring your effort and Blaze Pods-based exercises to increase your coordination, reaction time and agility. 

Class Purchase Terms & Conditions 

Like every other company around, we’ve  got some rather detailed Terms of Service.

Essentially, what it says is that I do my best to provide you with a great service, governed by reasonable rules and expectations.


Members who purchase ANY package have to be aware that the  classes must be used in the period of time listed below .

No exceptions.

10 sessions £200
Must be delivered in 12 weeks 

8 sessions £168
Must be delivered in 10 weeks


6 classes £132
Must be delivered in 8 weeks 


4 classes £92
Must be delivered in 6 weeks 

Single session £25

If recovering from injury or illness, notify the trainer prior to class start time.


All classes and packages are non-refundable. No exceptions.


You acknowledge that YPG FITNESS charges fees for its services, and YPG FITNESS reserves the right to change its fees from time to time in its discretion.


1.  I understand that YPG Fitness operates on a pre-pay basis and all sessions must be paid for in advance.  Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

2. I understand that all pre-paid block packages have a completion date.

3. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform my health coach of any changes to my health condition that may affect me when training.
