My sessions are built around a huge library of exercises and use a range of innovative techniques which include HIIT, Tabata workouts, circuit training and more, to deliver effective programmes that show real, long-term results.
I can promise that you will be pushed to be your best, while also having fun!
Classes are held in a perfectly-equipped training studio in Muswell Hill, North London.
I run weekly Small Group Training Classes every Wednesday and Saturday.
These are high-energy sessions with a mixture of Conditioning and Strength training, which are essential for all body shapes and ages - improving muscular tone whilst supporting the skeletal frame. We will regularly work on alternating muscle groups, to ensure the body gets a balanced workout and proper time to recover.
My circuit classes are open to ALL levels, for a small group of up to 10 people - where you will get a lot of my attention and guidance to drastically increase your fitness. I'll take your training to the next level by improving and challenging your speed, agility, power, pace and reaction times. The classes incorporate groundbreaking methods, with the use of MyZone to monitor heart rate and calories burned, measuring your effort and Blaze Pods-based exercises to increase your coordination, reaction time and agility.
Everybody has different challenges when it comes to weight loss, so there is no "one size fits all" approach.
To achieve successful weight loss, you need to work with an individual training programe, built to achieve your individual goals.
Your weight loss journey will start with a pre-consultation: a detailed assessment of your nutrition, lifestyle, health and medical history.
We’ll discuss your desired outcome and set specific behaviour goals to help get you where you want to be. By understanding what works for you, I am able to link your weight loss goals with the kind of exercise you enjoy the most, so that you will feel truly motivated.
My ongoing support and the tools that I provide will help ensure that you achieve long-term results and long-lasting change.
STRENGTH TRANING FOR MENOPAUSE
Strength training can provide significant benefits to menopausal women by helping reduce many of the symptoms and discomfort they experience.
Through strength training, we will:

As a health coach I am armed with the understanding and knowledge to help women enjoy what matters most and turn them into the most motivated, fit and healthy person they can possibly be, even if going through menopause!
PRE AND POST NATAL
I enjoy working with ladies through the various phases of their pregnancies, and with post-natal support. My Pregnancy Fitness Program will help you safely maintain your fitness throughout your pregnancy.
The program is focused on core stability and strengthening and stretching your stomach muscles. It will be carefully designed to cover each stage of your pregnancy and safely address your unique physical needs as a pre-natal mum, helping you be strong and energised. Once you've had your baby, we can also work on regaining your overall core and body strength. After you've given your body time to rest, and had your doctor’s 6-week check (or generally 8-12 weeks if you’ve had a c-section) to get the all-clear to do exercise, we can start with my personalised Post Natal Fitness Program, created around you, your labour and your birth type. Through gentle and effective exercises, we can address any post-natal issue you may be experiencing, such as lower back pain, weak core, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunctions and stress incontinence - safely preparing your body for a higher fitness level. You can take my Post Natal Fitness Program both 1-2-1 or as part of a small group. As my Personal Trainer background also includes Nutrition, at each stage I will work with you to create a healthy eating plan to ensure optimum health and development for both you and your baby.
Exercise is vitally important for older adults who are new to fitness, or who have health conditions.
Strength training provides both physical and psychological wellbeing.
An inactive lifestyle can lead to many of the health problems associated with old age such as high blood pressure, coronary disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and joint problems. I will help you dramatically improve your balance, mobility and strength, and boost your confidence by designing a safe and effective training program combining aerobic, strength training and stretching exercises.

I offer 1 to 1 bespoke personal training sessions or group senior sessions where you can train in the company of your friend in the gym or the comfort of your home.
Occupational demands, a modern sedentary life style, low fitness levels and muscle weakness are among the main reasons for many postural and muscle imbalances.Poor posture and repetitive movements often cause a number of health problems such as:
- Back, neck and shoulder pain
- Digestive issues
- Hip and knee injuries
- Muscle weakness and atrophy
During our 1-2-1 sessions, emphasis will be on these issues and I will tailor an exercise program aimed at restoring your full mobility and strength. I will work with you to improve your posture and corrective flexibility so that you can overcome the pain and discomfort, in addition to improving your general wellbeing and overall fitness and strength.
